From 18th July 2011 Town & Country Homecare reduced the cost for Domestic Care from £13.92 per hour down to just £9.77 per hour ( Our Personal Care rates all remain unchanged ). We launched this new rate to attract new Service Users to our Private Care Service with a view that should Personal Care be required in the future at some point, a service is already in place and the transition is then much easier.
