Town & Country Homecare Limited is pleased to offer a market leading online facility.
Our software provider HET Software has developed careonline, to enable service users or their relatives to manage their care, in the comfort of their own home. Careonline is available to all service users receiving homecare from us.
What to do next?
Once a care package is set up on our system you can request access to careonline. We will then assign you a username and temporary password which can be used by clicking this careonline logo, or the one on our homepage.
When logging in for the first time, you will be asked for the date of birth of the person receiving care and a new password that must be at least 7 characters long. Once you have completed this part you will see the homepage of careonline (see screenshot below) which has our logo and company name on it for your reassurance.
