Our team is comprised as follows:-
Deslys Day-Jolly - Company Director
I have been working in the care industry for more than 28 years, starting as a community home help for three years, back in 1978. I spent the following 15 years working for Kent County Council, Social Services Dept, in various
management positions in residential homes for elderly people, finishing as the manager of a Linked Service Centre which provided residential care for 40 elderly people, a 20 place/day centre and a community care office that provided around 1000 hours of care each week. Eleven years ago I started a successful care agency which supplied around 1400 hours care a week to people living in their homes. This agency has recently been divided into two smaller units, and I am now sole owner of Town and Country Homecare Limited.
